Alex the lion is the king of the urban jungle, the main attraction at New York's Central Park Zoo. He and his best friends — Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe and Gloria the hippo — have spent their whole lives in blissful captivity before an admiring public and with regular meals provided for them. Not content to leave well enough alone, Marty lets his curiosity get the better of him and makes his escape — with the help of some prodigious penguins — to explore the world.
- Auditions will be October 26th from 3:00-5:30pm. Callbacks (as needed) will be October 28th from 3:00-5:30pm. You will receive a link to sign up for an audition time in your confirmation email after you register your student. The email will be coming from noreply@imperisoft.com.
Rehearsals start Monday, November 2nd. Rehearsals are on Mon/Wed from 3:00-5:30pm. During tech week, rehearsals will extend to 6pm.
Performances will be Thursday, January 28th, at 4:30pm and Friday, January 29th, at 4:30pm & 6:30pm.
