Exploring Emotions: Learn different ways to explore and express emotion through the power of song, dance, art, and more! It’s amazing how our favorite characters and shows can make the hardest emotions easier to face. This week we will take a look at characters who became comfortable with their feelings so we can learn how to safely express our own! Join us as we explore characters from shows such as Frozen; Inside Out; Brave; Soul and more!

Sessions run Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
