3A98 *NEW* Urban Photography Part 2 – Creating Visual Stories

-Adult- | Available

Go beyond finding interesting things to photograph and start making images that mean something. Building on the skills from Part 1, this one-day workshop focuses on intentional seeing—slowing down, looking closely and making deliberate choices about what you shoot and why. You'll explore how perspective, light, detail, composition and the decisive moment can turn a photo into a story. With the streets, architecture, people and unexpected moments of Dundas as your subject and setting, you'll create images that capture place, mood and character. You'll leave with a clearer sense of how to shoot with purpose and a stronger photographic voice that reflects how you see the world. Prerequisite: Urban Photography Part 1 or a good foundation of photography knowledge. Bring your own camera – DSLR/Mirrorless or point-and-shoot. Level: NS+

Members: $106.57 + HST, Non-Members: $109 + HST (Prices include media lab fee). Sunday.
