2A71 Botanical Art: Composition Capture With Small Objects (Online)

-Adult- | Available

Creating a visually compelling composition is a challenge that artists at every level know well. In this unique workshop, Margaret invites you to step outside and gather at least three small seasonal subjects—think late fall and early winter treasures found right in your own environment—and transform them into a cohesive, pleasing composition that celebrates colour, shape and texture. You are welcome to work in the medium of your choice—watercolour, coloured pencil, graphite, or any combination thereof—making this an accessible and creatively flexible experience for all. Note: not a workshop for beginner level botanical artists. Participants must have completed previous classes or the study of the e-booklet.
