Ages 8+: 4C19 Stop Motion Animation

Animation is the illusion of movement, but good stop motion is more than just making things move. In this studio, the artists will learn how to create believable and entertaining illusions. We’ll bring inanimate objects to life while exploring a variety of stop motion mediums such as clay, paper cut-outs, LEGO and more. Ideal for beginner to experienced young animators. Participants must bring their own tablet or smartphone and have the app Stop Motion Studio (free version) preinstalled. iPads are available to borrow from DVSA for free for those that need one for class.
Members: $299.09 + HST, Non-Members: $305 + HST (Prices include $75 equipment fee). Friday.
