This longer edition of our absolute beginners’ painting class offers the encouraging handhold you’ve been looking for. Jump into a new creative world and discover what it is to feel good about the process of painting. You’ll receive an in-depth introduction to the basics of acrylic painting, along with enlightening discussions about drawing and composition. With the additional classes, we’ll also address working abstractly and have time to develop a more sustained painting on canvas. It’s time to get your feet (and canvases) wet and take the first steps on your artistic journey. All materials provided – just show up and let it happen. Please note: there will be no class on July 22.
