This painting workshop offers you the opportunity to transform ordinary objects into extraordinary compositions. Starting with personal objects of your choosing, we’ll experiment with juxtaposition, scale and unusual perspectives, pushing the boundaries of reality in your artwork. The workshop will challenge you to use your imagination, intuition and free association by reinterpreting everyday items, while at the same time addressing the technical aspects of observational painting. Participants should have taken at least one painting course or have some painting experience.
