A studio for cold-weather-loving kiddos and parents who find joy in Winter's special moments. We'll design and create our own original art snowflakes and paint winter scenes from different perspectives – through a window from the cozy indoors or through the eyes of animals and hikers in the snowy woods – all while utilizing colour theory and brushwork techniques that convey temperature and texture. Let it snow!
Course Fee: $119 + HST. Sunday.
Heather Smith
As graduate of McMaster University’s Studio Art Program, Heather brings an abundance of knowledge and creativity to the DVSA studios. Her classes are informative, stuctured and a blast to be in. A favourite with young artists, Heather fosters students to push their boundaries and explore their artistic abilities in an inclusive, comfortable and creative environment.
