From Rembrandt to Picasso, artists have always used themselves as models to draw and paint self-portraits. In this enjoyable evening workshop for the beginner to intermediate artist, we’ll explore the art of the self-portrait, beginning with a presentation and then moving to a live demonstration covering basic concepts. You’ll then give it a go yourself, drawing your own image using sketchbooks, graphite pencils and a mirror. All materials provided, but participants should bring a small mirror.
