Learn the art of needle felting as you create an abstract textile artwork. In this beginner workshop with Emma, you’ll review how to needle felt basic shapes and incorporate them into an abstract artwork with a focus on texture, shape and colour. By the end, you’ll have a good grasp of the basics of design and the techniques and processes to complete an artwork such as decorative felt beads, an ornamental abstract animal or a form found in nature. No previous experience required.
