Colours, forms and materials explode with vitality as we learn how to create mosaics – the art of “painting and sculpting” with pieces of coloured glass and other treasures. This modern approach to the historic art of mosaics will challenge you to create unique indoor mosaic projects. Instruction includes learning to use adhesive and grout in the mosaic process, the use of special tools to customize your design and discussions on colour considerations. Our finished mosaic pieces are sure to turn a few heads. Some materials to be supplied by the student.
