Dazzling works of art will emerge as we explore the many things ready to pop up this Spring – green gardens, rainbow flowers, butterflies, bugs as well as fairies (and we may even have a visit from a wee leprechaun!) Through the mediums of drawing, painting, collage and more, the artists will create their colourful seasonal pieces while learning how famous artists depicted this magical season of Spring in their work. Different themes and activities for each day, but please note that the same program activities are offered in AM & PM – artists staying all day should choose an alternate camp for their other morning or afternoon session.
Members: $160.74 + HST, Non-Members: $165 + HST
Sandra Greenblatt
Nature, famous artists and children’s literature provide the inspiration for Sandra’s lessons, fostering a sense of creative play in the studio. An art educator for over 20 years, she not only teaches at DVSA, but has brought her love for art history and its genres to young artists in HWDSB and HWCDSB schools and at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. Emanating a warm and caring manner, she has a flair for creating lasting bonds with her students.
