It’s 8 classes with 8 fabulous artists. Each week, we’ll learn about a visual artist, letting their creative work sweep into our imaginations. We’ll draw, paint or sculpt a copy of their artwork and study their brushstrokes, painting styles, drawing techniques or what it is that makes their sculptures special. Then, it’s time to create our own works inspired by these famous artists. Which direction will we go? What magic will emerge? At the term’s conclusion, the artists will have an opportunity to pick a favourite piece to be creatively framed. *Please note: there will be no class on February 17^th*
