Do you find photo editing intimidating? This beginner workshop will provide you with the skills to successfully start editing your photographs and take them to the next level. Using Adobe software, we’ll start with the basics – learning how to convert RAW files to JPEGs, fixing exposure, colour correcting, cropping and object removal. You’ll also expand your creative options by learning how to turn your photographs into effective black and white images. It’s a day sure to add a real shot of confidence to your photo work. Participants should bring their own digital photographs to edit in the workshop.
Members: $102.69 + HST, Non-Members: $105 + HST (Prices include media lab fee). Sunday.
Jennifer Finn
A fine art photographer from Dundas, ON, Jennifer is lauded for her abstract work, which she says, “inspires her imagination and challenges her mind.” She holds a B.A. from McMaster and studied Photography at Sheridan College. Continually reminded that interesting images are hiding all around, she values and teaches an inventive approach grounded in photography fundamentals. She is honoured to share her passion for photography with aspiring artists.
