Let go of your creative inhibitions and dive into the world of painting BIG! This course will encourage an exploratory approach with innovative painting and multi-media techniques. We’ll examine composition, design, colour and a variety of art genres all with a sense of adventure. Plenty of class demos and group discussions provided along with onsite storage for your big canvases. All levels are welcome. Get ready to go big and bold!

Michelle Guitard
Michelle studied Fine Art at the University of Guelph and York University, and earned her diploma from Georgian College in Design and Visual Arts. She makes her home in Ancaster, ON and teaches painting workshops not only at DVSA, but around the country and internationally. With a focus on landscapes, birds and painting en plein air, her pieces can be found worldwide in private and corporate collections and are a highlight of the DVSA Art Auction.
