Bring your drawings to life as we explore the magic of hand-drawn animation. Learn about and practice the 12 principles of animation (ie. squash & stretch, anticipation, follow through & overlapping action, etc.). Ideal for anyone with a general interest in learning about animation, as well as those seeking to pursue further studies at the post-secondary level. Equipment fee covers in-class use of special tools of the trade including animation peg bars, lightboxes, as well as computer/camera equipment to digitize each drawing into video format. At least one previous drawing-related class is recommended.
