For anyone looking to become an artist, basic drawing skills are considered essential. This introduction to drawing course will challenge your senses and develop your drawing and shading skills – all in a supportive and inspirational environment. Topics include perspective and composition as well as the fundamentals of learning how to see. Class demonstrations and individual instruction provided throughout. *Please note: there will be no class on February 17th*
Members: $257.95 + HST, Non-Members: $265 + HST (Prices include model fees for 2 sessions – one life model and one portrait model). Monday.
Cornelia Peckart
Hamilton artist Cornelia Peckart is an Ontario College of Art graduate known for her landscape paintings and intimate portraits of flowers. With a background also in installation art, photography and printmaking, she is a highly experienced art educator, having worked as an instructor in schools and galleries regionally and internationally. A vibrant personality, she makes the art making process fun and accessible for all.
