This course provides a more extensive foundation for aspiring painters looking to improve their technique and further develop their style. You’ll have the opportunity to work on several different thematic paintings while learning more about working with both acrylic and oil paints. Other topics include a review of modern and classic painting styles, underpainting and layering to achieve higher quality surfaces, and blending and contrasting to create atmosphere and depth. Previous painting experience is recommended. *Please note: there will be no class on May 21st*
