Your young artist will continue to discover their joy for self-expression in this colourfully creative weekend studio. We’ll dive right into drawing and painting projects and try out new artistic activities such as sculpture and collage. A focus will be on exploring different art making materials such as watercolour and acrylic paints, ink, pastels, charcoal and more as the artists build their technical skills and develop confidence in their art making ideas and process.
Members: $248.04 + HST, Non-Members: $255 + HST. Saturday.
Amanda Jameson
Amanda has been drawing and painting since she could hold a pencil. She grew up in the country inspired by sunsets and the rural landscapes around her. She started her art career at DVSA then pursued a Bachelor of Fine Art and a diploma in Child and Youth work. She loves to encourage children to be artistic and express themselves creatively in a joyful and playful way.
