We’ll make a 12” x 12” exterior mosaic wall hanging designed to thrive in all four seasons, while covering how to select, prepare and mosaic an outdoor appropriate substrate with a variety of materials. Your finished mosaic panel can be mounted outside to reflect the summer sun or to add a splash of colour in winter. If you are new to art making, this is a perfect opportunity to learn about mixed media design, colour and form – bring a friend for this relaxing and creatively fun class. If you’re looking to expand your mosaic repertoire, this is also a fabulous project to leap outside the box.
