If you’re an absolute beginner artist, these options offer the encouraging handhold you’ve been looking for. Jump into a new creative world and discover what it is to feel good about the process of painting as you take the first steps on your artistic journey. All materials provided – just show up and let it happen! 
Always wanted to try watercolours? We’ll cover the basics of colour theory and mixing paints along with techniques such as wet on dry, wet on wet and a host of other tricks that make watercolours unique. Working on still life, landscape and abstracts, you’ll come away with a great foundation in which to move forward. All materials provided.
Members: $223.57 + HST, Non-Members: $229 + HST (Prices include $40 material fee). Monday.

Bischoff, Natasja

Natasja is a Hamilton visual artist whose work is primarily concerned with the composition of abstract forms. With a B.F.A. from Guelph University, she is known for her dynamic drawing, painting, sculpture and mixed media pieces. A member of The Assembly artist collective, she regularly participates in regional invitational and group shows. She is comfortable teaching both adults and children, creating a studio environment that fosters creativity and experimentation.
