Urban Photography embraces the spontaneous encounters of life and the hidden beauty in the city environment. In this short course, we’ll define urban photography and learn how it groups the different genres – architecture, fine art and street photography – all into one. We’ll study examples, learn tips and tricks and have some sessions exploring and photographing the unique character of the town of Dundas. Photo sessions will be followed by a group share and discussion. You’ll leave this course with a better understanding of how the details of an environment can make that special photograph. Participants should have some basic photography knowledge. Bring your own camera – DSLR or point-and-shoot.
Members: $160.59 + HST, Non-Members: $165+ HST (Prices include $10 material fee). Saturday.
