Students will study world geography and cultures with guest presenters from around the globe.  Students will create a binder mapping each country studied and compile worksheets with relevant facts from each presentation.  

Students will learn highlights of history and culture from people with first-hand knowledge and might even get to sample a dish, learn a little bit of the language, or take home a recipe to try.  

Country presentations will be grouped by continent and scheduled to coincide with dates of historical or cultural significance.

The instructor will facilitate regular review to assist students in long-term retention of the material.
