Every child should be able to run, jump, lift and throw. In addition, kids can learn to squat, press, and develop techniques to improve their daily life. Movement patterns can be improved and behavioral patterns positively affected for the rest of their adult life through just one structured hour of exercise a week. Our program uses coach-designed curriculum that includes activities and games, along with exercise to accomplish our goal: to help our kids live healthier and happier lives.
- This class will take place in the back lot at The Crossing Church run by the professional coaches from the IronMile gym.
