Drummers: Rhythm Lab

Community Class | Available

This
3-week summer program introduces artists to rhythm and timing through engaging, hands-on drumming sessions using drum pads and percussion instruments. The focus is on helping participants develop a strong sense of tempo, rhythm, coordination, and group musical interaction in a supportive, accessible environment.

Each session will explore foundational rhythmic patterns, tempo control, call-and-response drumming, and collaborative groove-making. Artists will have the opportunity to build confidence in their timing and enjoy the shared experience of creating rhythms together.

You will enjoy this class if you like making beats, want to strengthen your rhythm skills, or enjoy creating music in a fun and social setting.

  • All materials will be provided.
