In this introductory class, students will explore the art and craft of weaving on a rigid heddle loom. Learn the basics of preparing the loom, working with warp and weft, and creating woven fabric while exploring foundational weaving techniques. This class provides a solid foundation for continued exploration of rigid heddle weaving and is suitable for beginners with no previous weaving experience.
