Hem and Hang
Special Event | Registration opens Monday, July 6, 2026 8:00 AM EDT
Grab that pair of pants you’ve been meaning to hem and join us for this casual 2-hour sewing hangout focused on quick clothing alterations and hemming techniques. Participants will bring their own garment to work on while learning how to measure, pin, press, and sew hems using a sewing machine. Whether it’s pants, sleeves, skirts, or dresses, this session is a great way to build practical sewing skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Bring your own garment for hemming - pants, dresses, skirts, shirt sleeves, etc. will all work!
All supplies are included with enrollment, though if you need a very specific thread color to match your garment, please bring that with you.
