Stained Glass: Surface Decorations (1 Day)

This one-day workshop is focused on surface decoration in stained glass. Participants will explore a variety of techniques for adding color, texture, and imagery to glass, experimenting with how these decorative elements can be incorporated into their own stained glass pieces. All levels are welcome, though those with prior stained glass experience will be best suited for the class.
Kevin Huang
Kevin B. Huang is a Philadelphia-based artist and educator whose multidisciplinary practice centers on material exploration and process. Working primarily with found and industrial materials, his work investigates structure, perception, and transformation. Huang has exhibited nationally and internationally, received support from organizations including the Fleisher Art Memorial and Brooklyn Arts Council, and teaches stained glass at Fleisher. He maintains a studio at NextFab in Philadelphia.
