Process of Feeling: A Somatic Workshop (Tuition Free, 1 session)
Adult Tuition-Free Class | Registration opens Tuesday, February 17, 2026 8:00 AM EST
Process of Feeling is a one-time somatic art workshop that invites participants to explore how we process experience through the body. Grounded in the instructor’s core artistic practice, this work approaches creativity as an embodied process that integrates sensation, movement, mindfulness, and creative expression.
Through guided somatic art practices, such as gentle movement or intuitive mark-making, participants will focus on the felt experience of making rather than the final outcome. The workshop offers space to slow down, build self-awareness, and support emotional regulation and stress reduction.
Offered as a gift to the broader community, this workshop welcomes all bodies and levels of experience. No prior experience with somatic practice or art-making is required.
