Have you always wanted to make a quilt but didn’t know where to begin? This multi-week class is designed for true beginners and will guide students through the quilting process, from fabric selection to a finished quilt top, one step at a time. Each week, students will build new skills while exploring the fundamentals of quilting: choosing and preparing fabrics, accurate cutting, piecing quilt blocks, understanding design layouts, and using a sewing machine confidently. By the end of the course, participants will complete a small lap quilt
