Pen, Ink, and Poetry is a lively class that blends the power of words with the expressiveness of drawing. Students will explore various poetic forms alongside pen and ink techniques, discovering how writing and visual art can enhance each other. The class fosters personal expression and creative exploration in a supportive environment, encouraging sharing and collaboration through group exercises and discussions. Whether you’re a poet, artist, or both, you’ll join a community of makers exploring language and image together.

What you will learn:
1. Learn and experiment with various forms of poetry.
2. Several pen and ink drawing techniques
3. Experiment with composition and technique involved when blending text and drawn painted or collaged images
