Craft Coven: Chainmail

Join Chainmail artist Nikita Griffin in this introduction workshop learning to work with chain mail. Each person will learn the skills to use pliers and tools to link metal in creating your own chain link keychain. All materials will be provided including an array of charms to add to your finished piece.
The Babe Corporation is a one femme operation established in 2020 specializing in chainmail jewelry and accessories. All hand woven in stainless steel or jewelers’ brass, and designed with originality and longevity in mind during a time when fast fashion and even faster trends reign supreme. Each TBC purchase is made slowly, but precisely by me (Kiki), and comes with a free lifetime warranty in case of the need for repairs.
Cassie Jones
My Name is Cassie Jones. I am traditionally trained in many types of arts and continue to search for more skillsets and experiences with visual arts. I began my creative career working with leather under the brand CUSP by Cassie for many years before moving my sights into embroidery and embellishing. I now am continuing with the trend of fiber work while incorporating fired clay and mixing mediums into my practice. I am currently building a new collection to show in galleries, instructing classes through The Craft Coven, Fleisher Art Memorial, and Black Hound Clay Studio, and facilitating learning opportunities with visiting artists and instructors.
