Perfect for beginners and seasoned stitchers alike—bring your worn garments or projects and give them new life with beauty and intention.
- • Scissors (fabric scissors and small embroidery scissors)
• Embroidery needles (variety of sizes, including sharp and blunt)
• Sashiko needles (long, strong needles ideal for dense fabrics)
• Embroidery floss or perle cotton Sashiko thread (optional but ideal for traditional Sashiko)
• Darning thread or yarn (wool, cotton, or synthetic to match garments)
• Thimble (especially useful for Sashiko stitching)
• Pins and safety pins
• Seam ripper
• Scrap fabric (cotton, denim, linen—variety of textures and colors for patching)
• Embroidery hoops (for stability during embroidery or darning)
