Get fired up in this teen wheel-throwing class! Learn how to use a pottery wheel to make bowls, mugs, plates, and more! Working with a teaching artist, gain confidence in throwing, shaping, and trimming your work on the wheel. Students will also have the opportunity to experiment with the possibilities of surface decoration and glazing. This class is designed for beginners and those looking to improve their throwing technique. All materials are provided.

This course has a tiered program fee. Alongside the non-refundable $95 base program fee, please consider paying an additional amount (up to $190 total) during the registration process. Opting to pay the higher program fee allows the program's base fee to stay accessible to more Philadelphians. Payment is due at the time of registration.
