Program Description

Pen, Ink, and Poetry is a fun and exciting class that blends written ideas with those drawn on the page. We will explore abstract, freeform, and traditional forms of poetry alongside pen and ink techniques, discovering the possibilities that occur when blending the two art forms.

What you will learn:
1. Learn and experiment with various forms of poetry.
2. Several pen and ink drawing techniques
3. Experiment with composition and technique involved when blending text and drawn painted or collaged images
