Painting and Drawing Open Studio

Adult Summer Open Studio | This program is completed

Open Studio hours and rooms are subject to change depending on studio availability. Open Studio provides access to self-directed students interested in painting and drawing in a shared space. Note that this is a monitored open studio and not an instructed class. Please stop in at the front desk each day to sign in, and to check the current studio assignments for location. Hours are:

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

First time open studio users must participate in an orientation. To schedule an orientation, contact Suzanne L. Seesman at lseesman@fleisher.org.

Please note that Friday June 28 session of Open Studio will end early and will run from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and a make-up session will be held on Friday, August 2 from 9 am - 3pm.

  • • Bring any painting and drawing materials you would like to use
    • Odorless paint is also permitted
    • Students have access to Fleisher's easels and desks, as well as the prop closet if they wish to create still life setups
