Working with traditional wet-process color darkroom printing is a disappearing photographic technique. Many may shoot with color film and then scan it, but why not print it in the darkroom? This open studio class allows you to fine tune this technique plus hand develop a giant 3'x5' color print! Students must have completed the Darkroom: Color Photography course before enrolling in this class.

This is a five-session class that will meet from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The last three sessions will meet bi-weekly. Class will meet on:
• Saturday, April 6
• Saturday, April 13
• Saturday, April 20
• Saturday, May 4
• Saturday, May 11
• Saturday, May 18
• Saturday, May 25

What you will learn:
1. Learn to print and develop an approximately 3'x5' big color photograph using 35mm and medium format film
2. Use the open studio time (while not working on the big print) to concentrate on your own color darkroom photography
3. Fine tune your technique of working in the darkroom.

Note that this classroom is accessible by stairs only; please contact Fleisher for more information.
