Street Art 101 (Morning)
Need flyers to advertise an event, announce the concert of your favorite band, or share a fabulous sketch around town? Wheatpasting is one of the easiest ways to get something seen by others. We'll learn how to create big posters and attach them to different kinds of surfaces in this class.
Cool Threads (Afternoon)
Discover all the fantastic things you can create with fibers and textiles! Young artists will use yarn, weaving, and collage to create two and three-dimensional projects with a side of fine motor skills and unique design.
About the Program
This summer, Fleisher is offering fun-filled art adventures designed for artists ages 5 – 18.
Younger artists (ages 5 – 12) can enroll in full days on a week-by-week basis. These campers will explore a wide range of mediums and themes designed for their specific age group.
Older artists (ages 13 – 18) can enroll in half days for 2-week-long immersive classes. Students can select the morning, or afternoon, or register for both offerings. These artists' classes allow them to pursue specific mediums more rigorously in order to develop their individual portfolios.
Campers will bring their own lunches, snacks, and water bottles.
