Art and Activism Intensive (Morning)
Throughout human history, art has been a vehicle for social and political change, and screenprinting, in particular, plays an important role. Over two weeks, students will learn about historical and modern protest art and use those styles as a vehicle to uplift their voices here and now.

Note: Fleisher will be closed on Tuesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. This 9-day camp is prorated accordingly.

About the Program

This summer, Fleisher is offering fun-filled art adventures designed for artists ages 5 – 18.

Younger artists (ages 5 – 12) can enroll in full days on a week-by-week basis. These campers will explore a wide range of mediums and themes designed for their specific age group.

Older artists (ages 13 – 18) can enroll in half days for 2-week-long immersive classes. Students can select the morning, or afternoon, or register for both offerings. These artists' classes allow them to pursue specific mediums more rigorously in order to develop their individual portfolios.

Campers will bring their own snacks and water bottles. Campers that register for both the morning & the afternoon sessions will bring their own lunches.
