Intro to Charcoal and Pastels (Morning)
Take your drawings to the next level by learning all about this fascinating medium, and how you can use it to express composition, perspective, colors, tones and shading in your sketches.

Zine Making
(Afternoon)

Zines are tiny magazines that you can make with collage and then copy, fold, and give to your friends. We'll construct zines and illustrate them - add a funny memory, write about your favorite band, or write a bunch of riddles for your friends.

About the Program

This summer, Fleisher is offering fun-filled art adventures designed for artists ages 5 – 18.

Younger artists (ages 5 – 12) can enroll in full days on a week-by-week basis. These campers will explore a wide range of mediums and themes designed for their specific age group.

Older artists (ages 13 – 18) can enroll in half days for 2-week-long immersive classes. Students can select the morning, or afternoon, or register for both offerings. These artists' classes allow them to pursue specific mediums more rigorously in order to develop their individual portfolios.

Campers will bring their own lunches, snacks, and water bottles.
