Wearable art and design got you curious? Sharpen your skills in this workshop with a fun challenge to design a matching jewelry set! Learn the basics of wearable art design through engaging lectures and demos, while you acquire basic techniques like sawing, filing, sanding, and forming. Working with found materials, copper, brass, or sterling silver, you'll have a chance to create a unique set of earrings, a pendant, and a ring.

What You Will Learn in This Course:
1. History of jewelry making and design basics
2. Designing jewelry sets
3. Jewelry making techniques including sawing, sanding, forming and finishing as well as cold connections like riveting.
4. Working with found objects and metals such as copper, brass, silver
5. Using hand tools
