This is the heart of Creative Labs: a space for young artists to unleash their creativity in a well-outfitted art studio! Sign up for the Creative Laboratory if you want to work on a project of your own design, explore a medium like drawing, painting, sculpture, or printmaking, and/or get personalized attention and guidance from incredible teaching artists. Adults get Open Studios; kids get the Creative Laboratory! Creative Labs follows the School District of Philadelphia’s calendar. There will be no classes on Monday, January 3; Monday, January 17; Tuesday, February 1st; and Monday, February 21st.

Daily Schedule

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Homework & snacktime (included in tuition cost) 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Creative Labs 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Aftercare Free walking pickup from: • Fanny Jackson Coppin School • George W. Nebinger School • William M. Meredith School

  • All adults (18+) entering Fleisher must present proof of vaccination every single time they enter the building. You may show your vaccination card or a copy or photo of it.

  • All visitors and students must wear an appropriate mask at all times inside the building. It is highly recommended (and requested by our teaching artists) that children wear well-fitting masks with nose wires.
