Jump into the exciting world of fiber arts weaving! In this workshop, you will learn how to make your own small frame loom and design a woven wall hanging. You will explore a variety of different weaving techniques, and experiment with color, pattern and texture to create a one-of-a-kind work of fiber art. WHAT WILL YOU LEARN IN THIS COURSE 1. How to build your own frame loom 2. A variety of different weaving techniques 3. How to work with different yarns, colors and patterns 4. How to weave a wall hanging from start to finish

  • This is an in-person class which will take place in our building with strict social distancing protocols and reduced student capacity. Proof of vaccination is required, and masks must be worn at all times. Please see our COVID-19 community safety policies.
  • FOR THE FIRST CLASS BRING THESE SUPPLIES:

  • • All other supplies will be provided by instructor. However, students are encouraged to bring yarn, fabric or inspiration materials that they are excited about or want to learn how to incorporate into a woven piece.
