Get ready to explore the possibilities of layering oil pastels, students will have the exciting opportunity to experiment with shapes, colors, and textures.

  • This is an online class hosted through Zoom. We recommend that you download the free Zoom application on your computer, phone, or tablet in advance of the first class.

  • Note: Classes will not be held on Saturday, November 28, due to Thanksgiving weekend. The last week of classes will be on Saturday, December 5.
  • • Oil Pastels (Pentel or Cray-Pas Junior)
  • • Putty Knife or old ID or old credit card that are no longer in use because it may break
  • • Color Pencils
  • • Watercolor paper pad (roughly 9X12)
  • • Painter’s tape
  • • Drawing board or the back cardboard from an old sketchbook (needs to be slightly bigger than paper)
