This class will look at how and why we use the manual settings in your camera to make visually interesting photographs. We will explore motion and depth of field in street photography as well as portraiture and low light situations. We will learn some basic Photoshop and Camera Raw functions and look at inspiring works by influential photographers.

  • This Monday class is eight sessions in order to accommodate the two holidays that occur during the winter term: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 20, and Presidents’ Day, February 17. The class will not be held on these days and there are no makeup sessions.
