Come learn how to draw the clothed and costumed figure in a relaxed, fun and supportive environment. You will learn methods to create a well-proportioned drawing of a human figure, without the fear of tackling all the anatomy. We will work with specific aspects of portraiture, and visually create the volume and form of clothing in your drawings. Clothed model poses will range from quick gesture studies to twenty minute poses, along with some full session poses. You will receive general instruction as well as individual attention.

  • OTHER SUPPLIES TO BE DISCUSSED ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS:
  • • 19x25 in. 50% gray Canson paper
  • • White and black conte’ crayons
