Comics are the most versatile narrative mediums; come develop your skills in comic storytelling, as you learn a variety of techniques, both technical and theoretical.

We will cover the basics of comic book making, from idea generation to the printed page. Discover different drawing and inking techniques as we experiment with processes. Workshop instructor, Pat Aulisio will also share examples of different comic styles from all over the world, and a brief history of the genres of comics.

Whether you are just starting out, or if you need guided studio time to help mold and detail your own personal comic, this workshop will motivate you to create comics you didn't even know you had in you!
