Come explore a special exhibition of prints by contemporary American artist Julie Anne Greenberg at The Print Center. In her exhibition Julie Anne Greenberg: Considerable Uncertainty Remains, she
creates installations composed of hundreds of printed and cut paper components affixed directly to the wall. Based on weather maps of hurricanes and tropical storms, her work explores the ways that we quantify and personify these natural events.
She uses screenprinting as a means of creating and breaking apart patterns.
Greenberg was selected for this solo show from the 420 applicants to The Print Center's 92nd ANNUAL International Competition.

The Print Center, a nonprofit gallery located in Philadelphia’s historic Rittenhouse Square neighborhood, encourages the growth and understanding of photography and printmaking as vital contemporary arts through exhibitions, publications and educational programs. The Print Center's programs include solo and group exhibitions; the Artists-in-Schools Program, a nationally recognized program bringing art education and awareness to under-served youth in Philadelphia public high schools since 2002; and the Gallery Store, offering the largest selection of contemporary prints and photographs available for sale in Philadelphia.
