In this workshop participants will respond to Fleisher’s Sanctuary and create unique works through free writing, media production, found object, sculptural installation, and (perhaps most importantly!) play.
The workshop considers how we can create works that connect personal narratives, history and fiction through sculpture, installation and creative media production. You will also have the opportunity to learn about media production and installation in cooperation with members of PhillyCAM (Philadelphia Community Access Media)

1. History and contemporary perspectives on installation art
2. Brainstorming ideas for site specific installation works
