Make your stories come to life in this week long exploration of animation techniques and digital tools. Create your own characters and collaborate with others to turn ordinary paper into moving marvels. Learn the basics of timing and spacing, recording sound effects, digital editing, and how to put it all together using everyday technology. No digital skills necessary.

  • Tuition includes a non-refundable $30 studio fee, which covers the cost of all art supplies for the class.

Marie Elcin has been teaching in both the children and adult programs at Fleisher since 2007. She has a BFA from Moore College of Art and Design and a Master of Art Education from Tyler School of Art, Temple University. She is a practicing fiber artist with a focus on embroidery, surface design, and printmaking.
